This wine remains in stainless steel vats until the fermentation process is completed. A gently pressing by means of a wooden press its carried out.
Once the grape is selected and stemmed is deposited into previously chilled stainless steel vats. The maceration takes place twice a day to encourage extraction of the tannins.
